Shipping Policy
LANOXIE products are typically shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after your order is validated.
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the "view my order" link. You will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a first confirmation email and then a second one informing you of the shipment of your order. Please carefully monitor the tracking of your package: it may be held at the post office, even if you have not received an arrival notice in your mailbox.
Important: the post office holds your package for 15 days. After this period, the package is returned to the sender. In this case, you may be asked for compensation to proceed with a new shipment of your order.
After placing your order, you have a period of 2 hours to cancel it via our contact form, accessible from the "Contact" section. After this period, a refund can only be considered once your order has been fully received at our facilities.
The LANOXIE website is not responsible in case of error, omission, or inaccuracy in the delivery address provided when placing the order.
